Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, on our website it is possible to order as a guest. Certainly, creating an account has following perks:

  • Fast check-out process
  • Order status and history can be checked easily
  • Updates regarding product releases, news and discount codes

What if I forgot my password?

Click on the Button saying “password forgotten?” on the Login Page to get forwarded to a new page, where you can create a new password.


What if I used the wrong email address?

Contact us via our contact form. We will change your email address.


Is it safe to purchase on your website?

In case of credit card payment method, your data will run through a safe SSL website. All information will be SSL encoded and directly sent to the network of our credit card provider. Your card and your transaction will be authorized. The information of your credit card will NOT be saved on our servers.

How can I change or cancel an order?

We reserve the right after receiving the order to accept or reject the order or parts of it. Even if you already received a confirmation of the order or your credit card has been already authorized. In case of the latter and you wish to cancel your order, you will get a total refund. 

Please note that already packed and shipped orders cannot be cancelled. 


Is it possible to change the delivery address after ordering?

Pleas note that your delivery address cannot be changed after you have placed an order.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time depends on what country you live in. Usually it can take between 2 to 14 days. As soon as your order got shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. 

 

What is the shipping fee?

We ship worldwide. The shipping fee is 4,95 €. For orders that cart value is OVER 59,95 € there will be NO SHIPPING FEE.


How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number of your order usually one day after your package got shipped.

When will my order be processed?

All our orders will be handled and shipped by our traders all over the world. Usually that will take up to 7 working days from the day of placing the order.

Please note, we do not ship on the weekends. 


How can I return orders?

In case of dissatisfaction with your order or damage of the article please contact us via our contact form. We will strive to solve the problem.

What if a product is faulty?

In case of a faulty product, please send us an email via our contact form with a photo of the damaged article within 14 Days. We will check it and you will receive a refund via your original payment method.
